Implant therapy has become a cornerstone of modern dentistry, yet failing implants remain one of the most daunting challenges in daily practice. Unlike straightforward surgical or restorative complications, implant failure presents with an unclear clinical pathway and often leaves both clinicians and patients in uncertainty.
