Anterior maxillary vertical GBR remains one of the most technique-sensitive procedures in implant dentistry, where both regenerative stability and esthetic outcomes must be carefully balanced. This lecture presents four biologically and surgically critical factors that influence the predictability of vertical bone regeneration in the esthetic zone. Through a step-by-step clinical case demonstration, participants will explore membrane selection based on defect morphology, flap management for tension-free closure, membrane stabilization concepts, and bilayer wound closure techniques. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based surgical decision-making to minimize complications and enhance long-term regenerative success.
