A New Approach to Challenging Anterior Implant Treatment feat. ARi

This lecture presents a new clinical approach to challenging anterior implant cases with severe bone loss. It focuses on the limitations of conventional GBR-based treatment and introduces the concept of achieving implant stability through basal bone fixation. The lecture also explains the design characteristics of the ARi implant, including implant length and cuff selection, and how these features can be applied in compromised anterior situations. Through clinical cases, participants can follow the treatment process from implant placement to final prosthetic restoration and understand how this approach may be considered in cases involving long-term edentulism, severe periodontal disease, or peri-implantitis.

Course Description Course Overview & Learning Objectives
Course Overview

This lecture explores a new approach to anterior implant treatment in patients with severe bone loss. It introduces the concept of utilizing basal bone for implant fixation when conventional treatment may require extensive bone augmentation. The lecture covers the characteristics of the ARi implant, implant and cuff selection, and the clinical placement protocol. Through clinical cases, participants can review the treatment workflow from implant placement to final prosthetic restoration and understand its potential application in challenging situations such as long-term edentulism, severe periodontal disease, and peri-implantitis.

Learning Objectives
