Refund Policy
[If the course has not yet started]
  • - If within 7 days from the payment date and there is no record of course participation
    (e.g., video playback, download, etc.)
    → a full refund will be issued.
  • - If more than 7 days have passed since the payment date,
    10% of the payment amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • - Refund requests can be made through the Customer Service Center,
    and refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the request is received.
[If the course has already started] * For single-session or multi-session courses
  • - If a single-session or multi-session course has been partially completed,
    the refund amount will be calculated according to the following criteria.
  • - Single-session course :

    Refund will be issued after deducting the tuition fee proportionate to the course completion rate (based on viewing time).

  • - Multi-session course (continuous program):

    Refund will be issued after deducting the fee for the sessions already completed plus a 10% cancellation fee from the total payment amount.

  • - Example :

    If you request a refund after completing 2 out of 5 sessions
    → Refund = Total amount − [(Total amount ÷ 5 × 2) + 10% cancellation fee]

  • * If more than 7 days have passed since the payment date, an additional 10% penalty will be deducted.
    * All refunds are processed on Fridays. Refund requests made on Friday will be processed on the following Friday.
