As a male patient in his early 60s, he has received a lot of implant treatments. This time, he visited the hospital due to the fistula and discomfort of the lower jaw antral. On the clinical picture, a somewhat gingival degeneration was observed along with the fistula, and on the premises and CBCT radiographs, it was confirmed that all the labial bones were destroyed.

When the healing stabilized after about three months, we made the final prosthesis. Although the prosthesis was not made very pretty, the ossegmentation showed a stable appearance on the radiographs on the premises.
