Immediate implant with a previously retreated tooth with an external root resorption

A 30 years old male was referred to the Department of Periodontology for possibilty of Implant placement in a challenging case with previously attempted re-Root canal treatment twice and apicoectomy done once. It was operated by me and my team wherein we appreciated a huge V shaped buccal bone dehiscence and two areas of perforation in a root canal treated root. Following the atraumatic extraction of a tooth, degranulated and irrigation was done followed by immediate implant and Guided bone regeneration using AR implant.
